The course intends to deepen issues related to public procurement procedures and to offer to the trainees instruments for correctly evaluating a tender according to economic criteria and criteria of efficient management of the business activity.
Different evaluation levels for identifying the most suitable, opportune and sustainable offer for the company will be suggested to the participants.

The trainees will be also introduces to common economic and financial estimate techniques frequently used at European level, allowing future further deepening. A module of the course will be devoted to introducing the most common contract forms, nomenclatures referring to tendering contracts and budget planning of Associations, and to deep the criteria used for writing a proposal and then negotiating the contract.
